We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase.
Returns Policy
If you change your mind for any reason we will gladly accept a return of any full priced item for a store credit in the form of a gift card subject to the following conditions:
- your item must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
- your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- your item must not have any dirty marks or smell of perfume or washing powder
- your item must be in the original packaging
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned. Sale items cannot be returned.

All returns must be sent using tracked postage. Infinite Wrappery will not be responsible for any return items that are lost by post. The cost of return shipping must be covered by the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and store credit will be provided via email in the form of a gift card. Gift cards are non transferrable and must be used within one year from issue.
Refund Policy
Infinite Wrappery do not provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect choice or faults made by the customer. We do not provide refunds for gift-cards or other non-returnable items.
If your item is defective or damaged we will replace the item. If the same item is not currently in stock we will offer you a similar item. We will only provide a full refund if we are unable to find a replacement.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is received more than 14 days from receiving your order

Shipping returns
To return your product, you will be requested to post the item back. Please message us via the contact us page for more details.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
